采用有限单元法求解了层流、等温条件下干气密封端面膜压的控制方程——雷诺方程,对比分析了普通螺旋槽(S-DGS)、带内环槽的螺旋槽(AS-DGS)和雁形螺旋槽(GS-DGS)3种典型型槽干气密封的端面气膜压力分布以及开启力、泄漏量、气膜刚度和刚漏比等密封性能参数的增量比。结果表明,GS-DGS具有高的稳定性和好的密封性能,更适用于低速低压或高速高压场合。研究结果为上述3种典型螺旋槽干气密封的实际使用提供了理论依据。
Finite Element Method was used to resolve Reynolds equation for the gas film pressure between two faces of a dry gas seal(DGS) for a laminar,isothermal fluid.A comparison study of gas film pressure and sealing performance was made for three types of DGSs with different grooves.The increment ratio of opening force,leakage rate,film stiffness and leakage to stiffness ratio of these DGSs were analyzed.The results showed that a DGS with goose-shape spiral groove performs best and can be used for more wide operation conditions.The results provide theoretical support for the practical utilization of the three types of DGSs.
