The copper(Ⅱ) complex, [Cu_2(PDOH_2)_2Cl_2]Cl_2(PDOH_2=2,3-pentanedione dioxime), has been synthesized and structural characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The title complex is a binuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex bridged by chlorine ions. The complex crystallizes in triclinic, a=0.77942(16) nm, b=0.811 72(16) nm, c=0.832 82(17) nm, α=102.76(3)°,β=103.38(3)°, γ=114.18(3)°,Z=1. The variable-temperature magnetic susceptibilities measurements indicates ferromagnetic interaction between two Cu(Ⅱ) ions.
