为对混合料的数值化试样进行间接拉伸数值化测试,采用X-CT(X-ray Computerized Tomography)扫描混合料试件,分别计算出集料、沥青、空隙的体积组成,建立了试样的三维可视化模型;采用自行编写的程序,实现了由三维可视化模型向三维数值化模型的转化,建立了基于实际试样真实内部微细观分布的数值化试样,并对其进行间接拉伸测试模拟。引入应力集中因子指标对各种应力状态进行评价,实际应力分布结果与弹性理论解结果进行对比。结果表明:该模型能有效反映试样的三维分布状态,由于集料和空隙分布的随机性和不均匀性,实际试样的最大应力分布不再服从弹性理论解的分布状态,空隙的存在同样对混合料的力学性能起着非常重要影响。
In order to perform the digital test for indirect tensile test(IDT) to digital specimen of asphalt mixture,X-CT(X-ray Computerized Tomography) was used to scan the specimen,calculating the volume ratios of the aggregates,binders and voids respectively.The three-dimensional visualization of the specimen was constructed;with self-written program,the three-dimensional visualization model was transformed to three-dimensional numerical model successfully;the digital specimen was established based on the real microstructure distribution of actual specimens and performed IDT simulation,the stress concentration factor was proposed to evaluate different stress situations,actual stress distribution results were compared with theoretical solution.The result is shown that the digital specimen can reflect the actual three-dimensional distribution situation of specimen effectively,because of the random and heterogeneity of aggregates and binders,the maximum stress distributions of actual specimen are no longer subject to the distribution situation of theoretical solution,the existence of voids also plays an pretty important role in the mechanics performance of asphalt mixture.
