研究了竹浆Co-salent仿酶预处理TCF漂白,结果表明,竹浆Co-salent仿酶处理方式以单独预处理为宜,适宜条件:Co-salen用量0.03%、吡啶与Co-saler摩尔1:1、NaOH用量3%、H2O2用量1.5%、氧压0.2MPa、浆浓5%、温度90℃、时间5h;竹浆经OCoEpPaP流程漂白后的白度为90.5%,比空白样提高了5.3个百分点。黏度为620mL/g,比空白样降低99mL/g;Co-salen仿酶预处理能在一定程度上提高TCF终漂纸浆物理性能,降低漂白废液COD、BOD、SS负荷,并减少后续P缓和暇漂剂用量40%以上。
Bamboo pulp TCF bleaching with Co-salen biomimetic pretreatment was studied. The results showed that it is advisable for independent biomimetic pretreatment, and the optimum conditions are as follows: Co-salen 0.03 %, molar ratio of Co-salen to pyridine 1:1, NaOH 3 %, H202 1.5%, oxygen pressure 0.2 MPa, pulp consistency 5%, temperature 90℃, time 5 h. The brightness of the pulp bleached with the sequence of OCoEpPaP reaches to 90.5 % SBD, and the viscosity of the bleached pulp is 620 mL/g. The physical properties of the resultant bleached pulp are impoved and the pollution load of the bleaching effluent is reduced by 10.2%-28.8% when biomimetic pretreatment is applied. The peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide dosage can be saved more than 40% by the pretreatment.
