介绍了一种基于ARM的γ能谱仪的研制。详细阐述了其主放大器电路、信号甄别电路与A/D转换电路。系统摒弃了传统的采样保持电路,采用高速ADC芯片进行采样,对核信号进行高速采集与数字化处理;通过对^137Cs的能谱测量,得到较满意的效果。同时在一定的基础上体现了数字化谱仪的相关功能,在实际研究与应用中具有广泛的意义与价值。
This paper introduces the development of the γ spectrum instrument based on ARM. It expatiates on main amplifier circuit, signal discriminating circuit and A/D converter circuit at length. At the same time, it abandons the traditional system of sample-and-hold circuit, it uses high-speed ADC chip to sample and process in the digital. By the measure of ^137 Cs spectrum, it gets a more satisfied result. Meanwhile it reflects related functions on the basis of the digital spectrum, it has a wide range of meaning and value in research and practical applications.
