对云南省区域试验中表现优良的33个玉米杂交种在水分控制条件下进行耐旱性鉴定,筛选高产耐旱优良玉米新品种;同时,对干旱和正常水分处理下各性状之间和干旱条件下不同性状与产量之间进行差异和相关分析,研究干旱对玉米主要农艺和产量性状的影响,并筛选若干可用于耐旱鉴定的间接指标。试验筛选出寻单7号,保21—413,云杂3号、金瑞6号、宣黄单5号等一批干旱和正常条件下产量高、且差异小、其它农艺性状优良的耐旱玉米品种;研究表明干旱将显著地引起雌雄间隔期延长、秃尖增长、穗粒重降低、单株生产力下降和单产降低(P〈0.05);干旱处理下穗粒重、籽粒灌浆后期叶片衰老度、单株生产力和耐旱系数与产量呈显著(P〈0.05)或极显著(P〈0.01)相关,可以作为耐旱鉴定的间接指标。
In the study, 33 new maize hybrids which performed well in Yunnan regional test were screened under managed moisture treatments to select elite hybrids with high yield, drought tolerance and ideal agronomic traits. Also, the difference of various traits between two treatments as well as the correlations between various agronomy traits and yield under drought treatment were analyzed to indicate drought influence to maize agronomic traits and yield and to identify several phenotypic traits as selecting indicator for drought tolerance. The results showed that hybrids Xundan 7, Bao 21 -413, Yunza 3, Jinrui 6, and Xuanhuangdan 5 were elite drought tolerant hybrids with high yield under two treatments and ideal agronomic traits. Under drought treatment, traits anthesis-silk interval (ASI) were significantly (P 〈 0. 05 ) delayed, tip-barren length were significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ) lengthened, kernel weight per ear, yield per plant and unit yield were significantly (P 〈0. 05) decreased. Traits kernel weight per ear, leaf senescence, yield per plant and coefficient of drought tolerance were selected as selecting indicators for drought tolerance which were significantly (P 〈0. 05 or 0. 01 ) corre lated with yield.
