供应链网络在面对干扰或冲击时表现出来的鲁棒性一直是研究的热点。本研究以太湖水事件为例,从网络的结构和性能两方面分析了宜兴地区的化学工业供应链网络在大规模企业关停下的表现,以了解环境规制对供应链网络的影响。研究结果表明,现行的关停政策并未对供应链网络产生太大的冲击。但由于宜兴化工产业供应链网络具有一定的无标度性,在未来的企业关停中仍需要慎重考虑寻整个网络的冲击与影响。

Robustness of chemical supply chain network（SCN） is an interesting topic for researchers.By taking theTaihu Lake drinking water incident as an example,this paper analyzes the impact of environmental regulations on Yixing chemical industry SCN,from the perspective of complex network.The result shows that the shut-down policy of small-sized chemical firms did not bring big shock to the whole Yixing chemical industry.
