转型经济中民营企业制度创业过程实质上是合法性获取过程，制度创业技能在这个过程中发挥着重要作用。基于制度创业理论与合法性理论，从制度创业技能视角出发，通过对3家中国民营企业制度创业的案例信息研究，分析了制度创业技能和合法性获取的相关性，从而揭示了民营企业制度创业技能对合法性获取的作用机制。研究结果表明：在民营企业制度创业不同时期，所运用的制度创业技能及所获取的合法性类型并不相同；不同的制度创业技能和特定类型的合法性获取相互对应。

英文摘要：

Institutional entrepreneurship of privately-owned enterprises is essentially a process of legitimacy acquisition transitional economy. Institutional entrepreneurial skills have a great impact on this process. Based on institutional entrepreneurship theory and legitimacy theory, three China private-owned enterprises are taken as the sample to analyze the relationship between institutional entrepreneurial skills and legitimacy acquisition. Then this paper reveals the effect of institutional entrepreneurial skills on legitimacy acquisition. The results show that privately-owned enterprises use different institutional entrepreneurial skills and acquire different legitimacy in every period institutional entrepreneurship.
