目的为了开发新疆独特资源,以新疆葡萄树伤流液为研究对象,对4个地州产、10个品种葡萄树伤流液中总糖含量进行比较研究。方法以葡萄糖为对照品,采用蒽酮-硫酸法于621nm处的吸收波长测定总糖含量。结果以该法对葡萄树伤流液中总糖含量进行比较分析,显示其产地和品种都有差异,其中新疆柯尔克孜自治州阿图什市产木纳格含量最高即861μg·mL^-1,吐鲁番鄯善县马奶子含量最低即18.3μg·mL^-1。结论该法操作简便、快速、灵敏、重复性好,可用于葡萄树伤流液中总糖的测定。
Objective In order to develop one of the major natural resources of China, grapevine bleeding sap, collected from 10 differ- ent types of grapevines from 4 places were studied,and the sugar content was determined and compared. Method Taking the glu- cose as reference, the sugar content was determined by the anthrone-sulfuric acid method by measuring the absorbance at the wave- length 621 nm. Result Result shows that the sugar content in the grapevine bleeding sap varies depending on the grape variety and the place of cultivation. It is the highest with the concentration of 861 μg·mL^-1 for the Munage grape cultivated in Atushi,Kizilsu Kirghiz Autonomous Prefecture,while it is the lowest with 18.3 μg·mL^-1 for the Saywa grape cultivated in Shanshan county, Turpan. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, sensitive, and with good reproducibility. The method can be used for the determi- nation of the sugar content in the grapevine bleeding sap.
