This paper explains the incentive mechanism of users＇ motivation and contribution with an eye towards innovation processes in open source innovation community. In this community which is represented by the fast development of Linux software,users contribute knowledge to innovation platform to collectively develop the whole community. In this paper,the interaction of users is explored form both static and dynamic dimension.
