以聚酰亚胺(PI)为粘结剂,将混有纳米硫酸钡(BaSO4)颗粒的浆料涂覆于Celgard 2325膜的表面,制成复合隔膜。通过SEM、热收缩、交流阻抗及充放电实验等测试,研究复合膜的结构、热尺寸稳定性及电化学性能。纳米BaSO4涂层可提高热尺寸稳定性,提高对电解液的吸液率,降低界面阻抗,150℃时复合隔膜的热收缩率低于3%。复合隔膜组装的锂离子电池以0.5 C充电、1.0 C放电在2.75-4.20 V循环95次,容量保持率在90%以上。
Composite separator was prepared by coating nano barium sulfate (BaSO4 )powder upon Celgard 2325 separator with polyimide(PI) as binder. The structure, thermal dimensional stability and electrochemical performance of the composite separator were studied by SEM, thermal shrinkage, A. C. impedance and charge-discharge experiments. The thermal dimensional stability was improved by nano BaSO4 coating, the electrolyte uptake was improved, the interfacial resistance was reduced, the thermal shrinkage of the composite separator decreased to less than 3% at 150 ℃. When the Li-lon assembled with the composite separator cycled 95 times in 2. 75 -4. 20 V with 0. 5 C charge,1.0 C discharge,the capacity retention rate was kept above 90%.
