The externality of knowledge determines that knowledge transfer process will be affected by various factors, thus further increasing the risk of knowledge transfer. Based on the different life cycle stages of knowledge transfer, this article analyzes the influence factors of knowledge transfer risk and their different roles on knowledge transfer risk in the knowledge transfer life cycle stages, and gives the life cycle-based model of influence factors of enterprise knowledge transfer risk.
