国有企业改革的成败很大程度上取决于国有企业的经营者,因此,能否成功选任继任者对国有企业改革具有重要意义。文章沿着改革的路线回顾国有企业CEO继任机制的演变,分析国有企业CEO继任现状,最后讨论国有企业CEO委任制存在的原因,提出国有企业CEO继任的发展方向。
Along the lines of reform,this paper reviews the evolution of CEO succession mechanism of state-owned enterprises,and analyzes the status quo of the CEO succession in state-owned enterprises.Finally,this paper discusses the reason for the existence of the CEO appointment system in state-owned enterprises,and puts forward the direction of CEO succession of state-owned enterprises.
