Yenching University is an influential Christian college in modern China,but due to historical reasons,documents about Yenching University’s foreign teachers’activities have not been fully explored by domestic and overseas scholars.Until after the 1980s,scholars have began to pay attention to historical materials about foreign teachers in Yenching University.To fully explore and use historical data of foreign teachers in Yenching University can help Yenching university history studies,help an objective analysis the role played by foreign teachers of Yenching University in modern education history,and help to provide a reference for the contemporary educational reform.
