通过对美国、荷兰、日本、印度和中国种子产业链模式的比较分析得出,由于不同国家种业发展情况不同,种子产业链模式有所差异,但是其基本模式相差不大,并且都朝着一体化的方向发展。在种业发展程度（一体化程度）上,中国与种业发达国家相比还存在较大的差距。另外,各国政府在种子产业链中的作用不同,具体表现在对科技创新投入、良好发展环境营造等方面。最后对中国种业发展提出了一些措施和建议。

英文摘要：

Through comparing the seed industry chain modes in America,Netherlands,Japan,India and China,we find that there are differences modes among these countries because the development situations of seed industry are different.But there are little differences among the essential modes which are developing in the direction of integration.Compared with these 4 countries,China＇s seed industry has a long way to go.Moreover,the governments of these countries play different roles in development of seed industry chains,including investment in technological innovation,offering a good developing environment,and so on.At last,we offer some countermeasures and advices to the development of China＇s seed industry.
