采用共沉淀水热合成和离子交换的方法,制备钛与银离子共掺杂的羟基磷灰石(HAP)薄膜(HAPTiAg),对其结构进行XRD的表征.电子自旋共振(ESR)测定表明,HAPTiAg在暗反应和光照下都能产生超氧活性物种.以革蓝氏阴性菌大肠杆菌为目标物,研究了HAPTi,HAPTiAg和P25 TiO2负载的多孔镍网薄膜在暗反应与弱紫外光下的杀菌活性.
Hydroxyapatite ( Ca10 ( PO4 ) 6 ( OH ) 2, HAP) particles co-doped with Ti ( Ⅳ ) and Ag (HAPTiAg), prepared by coprecipitation and ion-exchange methods were characterized by XRD. The gram-negative Escherichia coli was selected as model to evaluate the bactericidal activity of HAPTi, HAPTiAg and P25 TiO2 film.s on porous nickel in dark and under weak UV irradiation. ESR results revealed that O2 was involved as the active species in the photocatalytic reaction. The bactericidal mechanism of HAPTiAg was also tentatively discussed.
