采用碳还原法合成SrS:Eu,Sm,研究了灼烧温度及灼烧时间对样品发光性能的影响。通过X射线衍射(XRD)测试证明合成材料纯度较高,样品具有SrS的面心立方结构,晶格常数为0.601nm。样品的激发谱峰值在272、340、466nm处,荧光光谱的峰值在614nm处,光激励发光峰为608nm,光激励发光的光谱响应范围为800-1400nm。
SrS:Eu, Sm material was prepared by carbon reduction method. The effect of calcinations' temperature and time on luminescence intensity were studied. X-ray diffraction (XRD) tests prove that the synthetically materials have single phase and the samples prepared is with face-center cubic structure and the lattice parameter is 0. 601 nm. The peak of sample excitation spectrum is at 272 nm, 340 nm, and 466 nm. The peak of fluorescence spectrum is at 603 nm. The photo-stimulation luminescence spectrum of peak is at 608 nm. The optical stimulated luminescence spectral response range is between 800 and 1400 nm.
