讨论了双温模型在不同近似下的电子热传导率对于模拟飞秒激光烧蚀金属过程中靶材的电子温度和晶格温度分布的影响,用有限差分法对飞秒激光脉冲烧蚀金属靶的过程的温度场进行了一维数值计算,以铜靶为例给出了靶材电子与晶格温度分布随时间和深度的演化规律并进行了分析,结果表明不同近似下电子热传导率对于模拟温度分布计算结果有着重要的影响。
In this paper,the effects of the electron temperature and lattice temperature distribution are discussed in different approximation electron thermal conductivity by two-temperature model during the femtosecond-laser ablation metal process.A one-dimensional numerical calculation for the temperature field of femtosecond pulse laser ablation metal target is performed by finite difference method.The copper target is given as an example of the electron and lattice temperature distribution with the evolution of time and depth.The result shows that different approximation electron thermal conductivity has an important influence on the final calculated result of the temperature distribution.
