采用非自耗真空电弧炉熔炼制备La_(60)Al_(25)Cu_(15)母合金,用高频感应熔炼炉及真空甩带机将母合金制备成相应系列的非晶薄带,使用X射线衍射(XRD)、差示扫描量热技术(DSC)研究合金薄带的物相和热稳定性。结果表明:La_(60)Al_(25)Cu_(15)成分的非晶薄带已完全形成了非晶态,具有良好的非晶形成能力;利用KAS和Vyazovkin公式计算特征温度表观激活能,结果相互吻合,表明La_(60)Al_(25)Cu_(15)成分的非晶薄带具有良好的热稳定性。
La_(60)Al_(25)Cu_(15) amorphous ribbons are prepared by following equipment flows which are arc melting, high frequency induction melting furnace and vacuum spinning machine. Crystallization and thermal stability of amorphous ribbons are investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results show that La_(60)Al_(25)Cu_(15) amorphous ribbons are formed completely; activity energy at characteristic temperature is obtained by using the method of KAS (Kissinger-Akahira-Sunose) and Vyazovkin and the results can match both well;La_(60)Al_(25)Cu_(15) amorphous ribbons have good amorphous forming ability and good thermal stability.
