设计了一种基于虚拟仪器的自适应型蓄能器性能测试系统。针对于参数自适应蓄能器,其工作参数及结构参数均可根据系统工况变化而改变,完成了一套基于虚拟仪器、DSP技术的自动化测试系统设计。介绍了系统的设计原理、硬件组成及软件组成。实验结果表明,该测试系统能方便、准确地完成测试任务。
In this paper a test system of adaptive hydraulic accumulator based on virtual instru- ment was presented. For the parameter adaptive accumulator in which operating parameters and structure parameters can be changed under different working conditions, an automatic test sys- tem was designed based on that virtual instrument and DSP technology is used to modify the pa- rameters. Both the design principle of the system and the construction of hardware/soffware were introduced in this paper. The results of the experiment show that the test system can finish the test task conveniently and exactly, which is better to design an adaptive accumulator.
