通过对江西省430位高校教师的组织承诺进行问卷调查与分析,发现在高校组织伦理氛围下教师的伦理行为问题不容忽视。文章从组织伦理氛围视角探索组织承诺的结构,即情感承诺、经济承诺、持续(连续)承诺、规范承诺,发现高校教师组织承诺水平越高,出现对高校不道德行为越少;江西省高校教师的组织承诺与高校的组织伦理氛围四个维度呈显著正向相关。
We conduct a questionnaire survey and analysis of university teachers ’ organizational commitment in Jiangxi Province,and we find out that the effects of ethical climate on university teachers’ethical behavior should not be ignored. The paper explores the structure of organizational commitment,namely emotional commitment,eco-nomic commitment,continuous commitment,normative commitment. The results support the hypothesis that the high-er is the level of university teachers’organizational commitment,the less unethical behavior emerges in university. There is a positive correlation between organizational commitment and universities teachers in Jiangxi Province.
