英文摘要：

The interaction is focused between the information intermediary service and the decision makers complex network. A measurement of network embedded value （VNE） is introduced, with which the network benefit and the intermediation gain can be both considered. With the measurement, some references of its service pricing can be achieved and the information intermediary service to the network can be evaluated. A theoretical game model between intermediation and network is established and the condition that intermediary service could survive in the network is conducted. Network embedded value（VNE） is defined with the consideration of the cost（C） and price（P） decision. The dif- ferences between VNE and decision under the condition of two different network structures-random nework（ER） and scale free network（SF） are compared.
