[目的／意义]为启发我国高校科研数据管理工作，介绍并分析国外高校科研数据服务需求识别模型，为我国高校开展科研数据管理服务提供参考借鉴。[方法／过程]采用文献研究和案例分析方法，比较国外高校科研数据服务需求识别模型、实施过程和方法，分析模型特点，从而提出对我国的启示。[结果／结论]国外高校科研数据服务需求识别分需求调查和需求评估两个主要环节，模型功能各有侧重，使用指导详尽具体，实施过程弹性灵活。建议我国高校在采用上述模型进行科研数据服务需求识别研究时，应以科研项目或团队为调查范围，与调查对象建立良好的沟通，并根据具体情况进行弹性调整。
英文摘要：
[ Purpose/significance ] Taking inspiring research data management of high education institutions（HEIs） as a starting point, this paper introduces and analyses foreign HEIs＇ research data services requirements identification model and provides reference for the research data services planning of HEIs for our country. [ Method/process] This paper uses literature research and case analysis to compare the processes and methods, analyzes the features of research data service requirements identification models and prompts the enlightenment. [ Result/conclusion ] This research shows that research data services requirements identification of HEIs are divided into two key phrases which are requirements survey and assessment. The model＇ s functions focus on the two key phrasesse parately, the guidance of the models detailed and concrete, and the implement flexible. It recommends that we should choose research projects or research teams as objects, have a good communication with them and give an adjustment according to the situation.
