供应链管理水平的高低直接影响连锁销售企业的市场竞争力.作为典型的连锁销售企 业的超市, 如何评价它们的供应链绩效水平, 提高供应链管理水平进而提升企业竞争力, 成为亟待 解决的问题.设计连锁超市供应链评价指标体系, 通过调查问卷采集相关数据, 从信度和效度上 验证了指标体系; 建立多层次评价模型, 以国际连锁超市巨头沃尔玛为基准, 闽台两个代表性超市 为样本, 计算它们的关联度.闽台代表性超市与国际巨头超市的差距主要体现在供应链管理的改 善、 供应链管理财务获利流程以及供应链管理流程三个方面.
The level of supply chain management has a direct impact on the market competitiveness of chain sales enterprises. How to evaluate the supermarket’ s performance level of supply chain, improve the level of supply chain management,and thus enhance the competitiveness of enterprises has become a problem to be solved. Firstly, this paper tries to design an evaluation index system of the chain supermarket supply chain,the questionnaire to collect data and the index system was verified in reliability and validity. Then a multi - level evaluation model is established, taking international chain supermarket WAL-MART and twTo other Fujian-Taiwan supermarkets as samples,to calculate their correlation. The difference reflected between Fujian-Tai'wan supermarkets and the international supermarket is mainly in the three aspects such as improvement of supply chain management,supply chain management process,and financial profit supply chain management process. Finally this paper has put forward three suggestions on Fujian supermarket chain supply chain management.
