隐性知识的转化与共享一直是学术界和应用领域重点研究且难以突破的问题,本文从本体论(Ontology)出发,分析了本体论在隐性知识管理中的作用,建立了基于本体论的企业隐性知识转化与共享系统框架,为企业实施知识管理奠定理论基础。
The problem about transform and sharing of tacit knowledge is studied primarily and is difficult to be overcome in the area of academic and application all long. Start from the view of ontology, its function in tacit management is discussed in the paper firstly, and then systematic frame for transform and sharing of enterprise's tacit knowledge is established, which lays theoretical foundation for putting knowledge managemerit into practice.
