企业家隐性知识代际传承是家族企业核心竞争力得以延续的基础,也是家族企业成功代际传承的保障。本文利用多案例研究方法,通过对三个中国家族企业案例的对比分析,重点探索了"子承父业"情境下家族企业企业家隐性知识的传承模式以及跨代创业在企业家隐性知识代际传承中的作用,最终总结了家族企业企业家隐性知识代际传承的过程机制。研究结果表明,家族企业企业家隐性知识的代际传承可以分为四个阶段,每个阶段的企业家隐性知识的传承数量和侧重点各不相同。此外,研究还发现跨代创业是企业家隐性知识代际传承的有效途径,对企业家隐性知识的代际传承具有推动作用和中介作用。
Intergenerational transfer of entrepreneur's tacit knowledge is the basis of the continuity of family enterprise core competitiveness,and the guarantee of the transfer of intergenerational succession of family busine.This paper uses multiple-case study method,by comparing the three Chinese family business cases,to explore the model of the succession of family business entrepreneur's tacit knowledge and the role trans-generational entrepreneurship plays in the transfer of family business entrepreneur's tacit knowledge under the situation of"transferring the leadership from fathers to sons".Ultimately,this paper sums up the process mechanism of entrepreneur's tacit knowledge transfer.This article suggests that the process of entrepreneur's tacit knowledge transfer can be divided into four stages,and the quantity and focus of entrepreneur's tacit knowledge vary in each stage.In addition,the study also finds that trans-generational entrepreneurship is an effective way to intergeneration transfer of entrepreneur tacit knowledge;it plays both intermediary and promoting role in the transfer of entrepreneur tacit knowledge.
