目的:建立古人类牙标本三维模型数据库,以期实现牙标本三维影像保存和牙体解剖形态的数字化资源共享。方法:使用Micro-CT对517个西安地区出土的2000年前人牙标本进行扫描,Mimics10.01软件三维重建后,采用Access2007软件建立数据库。结果:建成后的数据库使用方便,系统运行稳定,录入和查询检索简单快捷。数据库通过与Mimics三维重建软件相链接,清晰显示各牙三维模型形态,有助于牙体形态学研究。结论:Micro-CT扫描和Mimics软件三维重建技术能准确地构建古人类牙标本的三维模型;通过Access2007软件能便捷地建立数据库,并将牙三维模型集中存放,便于数据的查询和资源的共享。
AIM : To establish a 3 dimensional (3 D) model database of tooth samples of ancient human for the accomplishment of the digitized imaging conservation and sharing the digital resources of tooth anatomical struc- tures. METHODS: 517 teeth from the human remains of 2000 years ago unearthed in Xi'an were scanned using Mi- cro-CT, then they were reconstructed into 3D images and saved by Mimicsl0.01 software. The database construction was based on Access2007 software. RESULTS: The established database runs stably, data entry and inquiry system is simple and convenient. By linkage with Mimics10.01 software, every 3D model of the teeth is accurate. CONCLU- SION: The established 3D model database can be used for morphologic study.
