实现经济和环境的协同共生是当前保护环境要求下企业的目标追求,通过技术创新可实现该目的。以生态设计技术为例,分析了其基本经济后果,包括对成本的决定性影响和对成本结构的优化作用。在此基础上,通过POE模型重点分析了生态设计对经济后果和环境效果的协同效应,并用企业案例进行了检验。所得结论可为企业自觉进行环境经营活动提供理论依据,促使企业积极履行环境保护责任。
英文摘要：
Achieving the synergism between economic and environment is the main purpose for enterprise with the request of environment protection at present. This paper concludes that technological innovation is a route for achieving it. The paper analyzes the basic economic consequences by taking an example of eco-design, including its decisive influence on cost and optimizing effect on cost structure. On this basis, it emphatically analyzes the synergetic effect of eco-design on eco-nomic consequences and environmental performance with POE model,and tests with a business case. The conclusion can provide theoretical basis for companies development environmental management activities self-consciously, and promotes its beneficial environment protection action.
