This paper analyses the factors affecting the capital structure of biological pharmacy enterprises of our country from the perspective of industry characteristics, empirically tests the differences between this industry and others by using the data from this industry in recent successive four years and at the same time proves the factors that have close correlation with the managing characteristics of biological pharmacy enterprises lead to its capital structure with low debts.
