为了研究采用不同加大流量设计的泵作透平时的性能差异,对同一设计参数不同加大系数设计出的泵在正转和反转的情况下分别进行数值计算。结果表明:随着加大系数的增加,扬程换算系数和流量换算系数都在逐渐增加,流量换算系数较扬程换算系数增加的梯度要大,即泵与透平的流量、压头换算系数随加大流量设计而发生了变化,说明加大流量设计方法是造成泵与透平换算关系不确定原因之一。
With respect to the insufficient understanding of the effects of increasing flow rate design on pump as turbine( PAT),the low specific speed centrifugal pumps with different increasing flow rate design were calculated in the forward and reverse rotation condition by the Fluent. The results show that with the increase of the coefficient,the head conversion coefficient and flow conversion coefficient are gradually increased,and the flow conversion coefficient is larger than the head conversion coefficient. Therefore,the method of increasing the flow rate is one of the reasons for the uncertainty of the conversion coefficient between the pump and pump as turbine.
