采用遗传算法优化功能梯度材料陶瓷相体积分布并考虑了金属相材料的强化,得到了循环力/热耦合作用下的功能梯度材料板的最佳安定区域,其中功能梯度材料热物参数空间分布规律采用一个指数函数描述,并给出了Al/SiC功能梯度材料板优化后的安定区域图.
The Shakedown analysis area of a functionally graded (FG) Bree plate subjected to coupled constant mechanical loading and cyclically varying temperature is analyzed and optimized by using the genetic algorithm (GA) method.The shakedown theorem could take into account the material hardening.The variations of the material properties in the thickness of FG Bree plate are characterized by exponential distributions.In order to obtain the best mechanical properties in the FG plate,the distribution of the reinforcement particles volume fraction is optimized through GA method.A numerical example is presented,which demonstrates the validity of the developed method in shakedown analysis of FG Bree plate.
