在不同温度下,对相对含水量为10%的RDX进行常压和减压干燥实验,研究RDX的干燥特性。结果表明:随着温度的升高,干燥周期缩短,干燥速率增大,干燥曲线呈现出相同的变化趋势;与常压干燥相比,减压干燥有利于缩短干燥时间、提高干燥速率;同时,临界含水量和平衡含水量基本不随干燥温度的不同而变化。此外,根据薄层干燥模型,得到了RDX的经验干燥公式,拟合结果与实验值基本一致。
The characteristics of RDX during drying process with relative moisture content 10% were investigated under different temperature conditions. The results showed that the higher temperature, the shorter drying cycle, and the faster drying rate, drying curves presented similar trend. Compared with the atmospheric pressure drying, vacuum drying was of benefit to shorten the drying time and to improve the drying rate. Meanwhile, critical moisture content and equilibrium moisture content didn't vary generally with the change of temperature. The drying formulation was also put forward based on thin hayer drying models, and the simulated data was in accord with the experimental results.
