春小麦非叶器官光合特性及与籽粒蛋白质关系的氮肥调控效应

为了解氮肥调控下春小麦非叶器官光合特性及与籽粒蛋白质含量的关系,在不同施氮量下,对小麦开花后非叶器官(包括旗叶鞘、穗下节间、芒及穗)叶绿素含量、光合面积及成熟期籽粒蛋白质含量进行了研究。结果表明,在春小麦拔节期增施氮肥,能够显著提高各非叶器官叶绿素含量、增加光合面积,并能有效延缓各非叶器官叶绿素含量的降解,但不同施氮量之间对各非叶器官光合特性的影响有差异。从非叶器官光合特性与籽粒蛋白质含量的相关性看,适量氮肥的施用,提高了非叶器官叶绿素含量、光合面积与籽粒蛋白质含量的相关性。

英文摘要:

In order to understand photosynthetic characteristics of non-leaf organs of spring wheat and relation-ship between grain protein content under the regulation of nitrogen fertilizer,this paper studied chlorophyll content of non-leaf organs(including sheath,peduncle,awn and ear) ,photosynthetic area and grain protein content under different amount of nitrogen fertilizer after anthesis of spring wheat. The results showed that in spring wheat jointing stage increasing use of nitrogen fertilizer can significantly enhance chlorophyll content of non-leaf organs,increased photosynthetic area,and can effectively delay degradation of chlorophyll content of non-leaf organs,but the influence among different amount of nitrogen fertilizer on photosynthetic characteristics of non-Leaf organs was different. As far as the correlation of photosynthetic characteristics of non-leaf organs and grain protein content was concerned,the suitable amount of nitrogen fertilizer enhanced the correlation on chlorophyll content of non-leaf organs,photosynthetic area and grain protein content.
