针对潜水器的作业任务,确定潜水器的主要功能模块,在分析比较大量母型资料的同时,通过逐步近似法确定该潜水器的主尺度和排水量,完成其初步设计.利用PRO/E软件进行潜水器的建模工作,PRO/E软件不仅可以完成整体模型的优化设计,而且可以大大提高其设计效率.由于潜水器在水下要承受一定的压强,此时利用ANSYS软件,对承受较大载荷的关键部位进行结构强度的计算,并与理论计算值进行比较和校核,通过比较分析设计出满足压强要求的最小尺寸,以此来进行结构优化.
Based on the tasks of the submersible,its major functional modules are determined.Firstly,a large number of home-based data are analyzed and compared,and then the dimension and the displacement of the submersible are determined by the progressive approximation.Finally,its preliminary design is finished.The modeling of submersible is conducted by using PRO/E software,which can not only complete the overall optimization design,but also can greatly improve the efficiency.Because the submersible needs to bear some pressure from the underwater,the main parts which bear the big loads are analyzed by using ANSYS software,and then the results are checked with theoretical calculations.In order to optimize the structure,minimum size meeting the pressure requirements is designed through a comparative analysis.
