在高温和空气隔绝的条件下利用竹节炭化制备高比表面积活性炭,以竹炭基活性炭作电极的吸附材料,考察了活性炭电极在通电的情况下对溶液中金属离子的电吸附去除性能,详细研究了电压、两电极片间距和溶液的PH值对电容去离子效果的影响。结果表明,当电压为1.55V、电极片间距为2.0cm、pH值为5.16时,电极的去离子性能达到最佳状态,对不同类型金属离子的去除效果次序分别为:Cu^2+〉Cr^2+;Cu^2+〉Pb^2+〉Cr^3+〉Cd^2+〉Ca^2+〉Mg^2+;Na^+〉K^+。
The high surface specific area activated carbon was prepared by bamboo char that was in carbonization under high temperature and air isolation, which was used as the absorption material of the activated bamboo carbon electrode. The electrosorptive deionization ability of the electrode to metal ions in solution was examined under electric voltage applied. The effects of capacitive deionization on the applied voltage, the distance between the electrode plates and pH value of solution have been investigated in detail. It showed that the electrode possessed an optimal deionization ability while at 1.55V of applied voltage, 2.0cm of the distance between electrode plates and pH 5. 16 in the solution. The efficiency order of the electrosorptive deionization for the activated bamboo carbon electrode to different metal ions was respectively obtained as follows: Cu^2+ 〉Cr^3+ ; Cu^2+〉Pb^2+〉Cr^2+〉Cd^2+〉Ca^2+〉Mg^2+ ; Na^+ 〉K^+.
