Bharagonalia Young,1986 is a diverse sharpshooter genus with 24 known species. A description and illustrations of the male and female genitalia of B. yalma Young,1986,which is the only Bharagonalia species known from China,are provided. This is the first detailed description of the female genitalia of a Bharagonalia species. Comparative notes on the female genital characters of Bharagonalia and Bothrogonia species are provided.
