Cloud computing has brought in an enormous impact on the IT field, which is currently a hot field of information. This article introduces the key contents of information resource management, assesses the performance requirement of cloud computing in several aspects of information resource management, and inspects the security issues of cloud computing based on the barrier of information communication. This article will apply the relevant principles of information resource management principles to the quality inspection of the cloud＇s information exchange, information organization and information services, attempting to find applicable standards to appraise the performance of the cloud computing.
