针对对分时4驱汽车用分动器及其部件力学特性分析不足的问题,提出了构建分动器动力学仿真模型以进行力学特性分析的方法。以某款分时4驱汽车用分动器为研究对象,基于Romax软件建立分动器动力学分析模型,分别进行4驱高速、4驱低速以及两驱3种工况下的分动器轴承、齿轮和轴等关键部件的受力特性分析,得出分动器最大偏移量为118.54μm以及各挡轴承、轴和齿轮在X、Y、Z3个方向上的受力。
To address the issue of insufficient analysis of transfer case and components mechanical property for parttime 4WD vehicle, it is proposed in this paper to build transfer case dynamic simulation model to make mechanical property analysis. With a part-time 4WD vehicle transfer case as the research object, we make the mechanical property analysis on some critical parts like transfer case bearing, gear and shaft, etc. in three driving modes of high-speed 4WD, low-speed 4WD and 2WD based on the transfer case dynamics analysis model in Romax software, and it is concluded that the maximum offset of the transfer case is 118.54 μm, stress of bearings, shafts, and gears at X-, Y- and Z direction is also obtained.
