目的:探讨利用磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)评价改良线栓法制作的大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞(MCAO)模型的价值。方法:33只Wistar大鼠随机分为假手术组3只、永久缺血0.5h组15只、永久缺血1.5h组15只。各组于术后相应时间点分行DWI扫描。结果:以神经学症状判定脑梗死造模成功的27例中,DWI检查只有17例出现高信号,TTC染色证实为梗死区。结论:判定脑梗死造模是否成功的条件中,应用神经功能评分联合磁共振检查,会使有关的实验结果更为科学可信。
Objective: To assess the value of rat middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model produced by modified zea-longa method with MR DWI. Methods: Thirty-three Wistar rats were divided into three groups: pseudo-operative group(n=3), permanent ischemia for 0.5 h group (n=15) and permanent ischemia for 1.5 h group(n=15). DWI were performed. Results: 27 MCAO models were judged successfully by neurological symptoms, only 17 of them demonstrated high signal intensity on DWI. Conclusion: Neurologic functional score combined with MRI for assessing MCAO model could make the relative experimental results more scientific and confident.
