研究匙叶翼首草内生真菌的种群组成及其代谢产物的抑菌活性,获得抗菌活性较好的菌株,以寻找新型抗菌物质。采用内生菌常规分离法和3种培养基对匙叶翼首草健康植株的根、花葶、叶进行内生真菌的分离鉴定,并采用7种指示菌,用平板对峙法对分离获得的内生真菌进行抑菌活性试验。结果表明,从健康匙叶翼首草植株中共分离获得64株内生真菌;同一植株不同组织中的内生真菌数量以根最多,其次为叶,花葶最少;经形态学鉴定分属于4目、6科、14个属,其中青霉孢属为匙叶翼首草内生真菌中的优势菌群,链格孢属、曲霉孢属、暗双孢属和无孢类群为常见属。平板对峙抑菌试验表明,有11.9%的菌株对所测试病原真菌具有抑菌活性,且抑菌活性较弱。
Pterocephalus hookeri was used to explore the endophytic fungal species composition and study their antimicrobial activities of metabolites,to isolate endophytic fungi strains with good antimicrobial activities and screen new antimicrobial metabolites.Endophytic fungi were isolated from the roots,scapes and leaves of healthy Pterocephalus hookeri and identified by conventional method and three kinds of medium.The antimicrobial activities of endophytic fungi were screened against 7 pathogenic fungi by flat confrontation method.The results indicated that sixty-four endophytic fungi strains were separated from Pterocephalus hookeri(Clarke) Hoeck.The strain numbers of the endophytic fungi separated from different tissues in same plant are different,the root is the most,followed by the leaf,then scape.These fungi strains belonged to 4 orders,6 families,14 genera by morphological identification,of which Penicillium was the dominant genus,Alternaria,Aspergillus,Cordana were common genus.Flat-panel confrontation test showed there is an average of 11.9% strains has weak antibacterial activity against the tested pathogenic fungi.
