Based on the input-output method,the complete environmental efficiency was measured and analyzed. In order to seek the way to improve industry environmental efficiency from the demand point,sulfur dioxide emissions were calculated and analyzed which caused by final demand and the elements of final demand such as domestic consumption,investment and export from the demand point,and marginal environmental efficiency were measured and analyzed which caused by a unit of final demand changes. It is demonstrated that the export is the main factor leading to completely emissions of sulfur dioxide; industries with lower marginal environmental efficiency caused by the change of final demand,and higher completely emission of sulfur dioxide caused by final demand have high coincidence.
