As a comprehensive and practical subject, the Chinese Education calls for practitioners＇ vision in great integration. The spread of Mobile Terminal Devices and the Interact, together with the rapid progress of Information Technology, has brought about profound changes in the patterns of knowledge existence, knowledge creation, knowledge exchange and knowledge acquisition. These great changes have resulted in a new social chinese life style and an unprecedented opportunity to integrate the chinese education and information technology. Featured in the vision of integration, the paper focuses on how to combine chinese education and IT in a learning environment supported by new IT tools and resources. Above all, learners＇ active learning activities are placed as the main clue in the process of the integration.
