As a comprehensive and practical subject, the Chinese Education calls for practitioners' vision in great integration. The spread of Mobile Terminal Devices and the Interact, together with the rapid progress of Information Technology, has brought about profound changes in the patterns of knowledge existence, knowledge creation, knowledge exchange and knowledge acquisition.
