为了研究T91钢焊接接头各区域的高温力学性能,文中采用传统单轴拉伸蠕变和微型杯突蠕变研究了T91钢及其焊接接头的蠕变性能.根据Monkman-Grant、Norton关系式和Larson-Miller法则分析了微型杯突法蠕变试验和传统单轴拉伸蠕变试验之间挠度与应变、载荷与应力的关系,进而估算材料的剩余寿命.研究结果表明:微型杯突法得出的试样中心挠度曲线具有明显的"三段式"特征;在相同的断裂时间下,微型杯突法蠕变试验所施加载荷值与传统单轴拉伸蠕变试验的应力值关系为F=2.625;微型杯突法蠕变试验获得的中心挠度值与传统单轴拉伸蠕变试验的应变值关系为ε·m=1.539σ·1.011m。
The creep properties of T91 steel welding joints are studied by conventional creep tests and small punch creep tests. The relationship between load and stress as well as deflection and strain respectively in small punch creep tests and conventional creep tests is analyzed by Monkman-Grant relation,Larson-Miller law and Norton relation, and then the residual life of T91 steel welding joints is also further evaluated. The results show:The deflection-time curve by small punch creep tests has the characteristics of the typical three stages with deceleration, constant rate and acceleration. With the same fracture time,the relationship between the load value in small punch creep tests and the stress value is F=2. 625. The relationship between the center deflection value of small punch tests and the strain value in conventional creep tests is ε·m=1.539σ·1.011m.
