This article analysis the demands for knowledge base system of negotiation system of high-tech virtual enterprise. It provides a kind of structure frame of knowledge base system aiming at the negotiation system of high-tech virtual enterprise in the integrated pattern of the production and the artificial neural network, and designs knowledge base and the structure of the reasoning machine.
