目的:观察壮医药线点灸对实验性脾虚大鼠垂体、下丘脑、胃、肠生长抑素(Somatostatin,SS)和β-内啡肽(β-endorphin,β-EP)的影响,探讨壮医药线点灸治疗脾虚的机理。方法:用耗气破气加饥饱失常法建立80只大鼠实验性脾虚模型,通过放射免疫分析法检测壮医药线点灸治疗大鼠前后脑垂体、下丘脑、血、胃、肠组织中SS和β-EP的含量,并设立空线点灸对照,中药四君子汤治疗对照、模型自然恢复对照及正常健康对照,对比分析各组治疗前后的变化。结果:脾虚大鼠脑垂体、血、胃、肠组织中的SS含量明显高于同期正常健康对照,P〈0.01;下丘脑的SS含量则明显低于同期正常健康对照,P〈0.01。胃、肠组织中的β-EP含量明显高于同期正常健康对照,P〈0.01;垂体、下丘脑和血浆中的β-EP含量明显低于同期正常健康对照,P〈0.01。壮医药线点灸治疗后,脑垂体、血、胃、肠组织中的SS含量下降,下丘脑的SS含量上升;胃、肠β-EP含量下降,垂体、下丘脑和血浆β-EP含量上升,治疗后与模型组比较差异有显著性,P〈0.05;与中药治疗组比较差异无显著性,P〉0.05。结论:壮医药线点灸对实验性脾虚大鼠脑垂体、下丘脑、胃、肠SS和β-EP有双向调整作用,推论其治疗机理与此调节有关。
Objective:To explore the mechanism and effect of Medicated Thread Moxibustion of Zhuang Traditional. Medicine (MTMZ) on ss, β-EP of pituitary, hypothalamus, stomach, intestines in the rat of experimental spleen deficiency. Methods: 80 model rats of spleen deficiency were established by exhaustion, dissipating stagnant qi and irregular diet and they were divided into four groups randomly, a model group, a MTMZ group, a non - MTMZ group, a Si Jun Zi decoction(SJZD) group, as compared with the control gtroup. Contents of SS,β- EP in above - mentioned tissues were determined by radioimmuno- assay( RIA)and their changes were studied before and after treatment. Results: The SS levds of pituitary,blood,stomach,intestines in the rat of spleen deficiency were higher than those of the normal control. The SS levels of hypothalamus in the rat of spleen deficiency were lower than those in the normal control P 〈 0. 01. The β- EP levels of stomach, intestines in the rat of spleen deficiency were higher than those of the normal control. The β- EP levels of pituitary, hypothalamus and plasma in the rat of spleen deficiency were lower than those in the normal control P 〈 0.01. After treatment of MTMZ, the SS levels of pituitary,blood, stomach, intestines remarkably de- creased, the SS levels of hypothalamus increased significantly, the β- EP levels of stomach, intestines decreased, the β- EP levels of pituitary, hypothalamus and plasma increased significantly with very significant differences as compared with model gruop P 〈 0.05, similar to those in the SJZD group P 〈 0.05. Conclusion: MTMZ has a regulatory action on SS β-EP in pituitary, hypothalamus, stomach, intestines of rats with experimental spleen deficiency.
