为降低立式连铸机的高度,减小设备尺寸,依据经验公式计算特大方坯连铸机拉坯速度及液相穴深度。根据计算结果及可行性分析,认为拉坯速度为0.2m/min较为适合。基于结晶器传热学理论分析,提出了一种新型结晶器,即回字形结晶器。模拟分析了在结晶器内部设置内冷却器及偏转水口的作用,分析结果表明回字形结晶器可以提高传热效率,减少中心偏析,形成水平旋流以利于均匀钢水成分及坯壳生长,降低钢水冲击深度,达到电磁搅拌的冶金效果。经计算证明,采用回字形结晶器可以降低铸坯液相穴深度,从而降低铸机基础建设费用。
In order to reduce the height of vertical continuous casting machine and diminish the equipment dimension,the casting speed and liquid core depth were calculated according to empirical formulas.Based on calculation and feasibility analysis,the appropriate casting speed is as 0.2m/min.A new crystallizer depended on thermo analysis was put forward,which was a crystallizer technology with an inner cooling apparatus.The function of setting inner cooling and deflected nozzle were analyzed,which indicated that the crystallizer with an inner cooling apparatus could improve heat transfer efficiency,reduce center segregation,form level swirling flow,uniform steel component and growing of the shell,reduce the impact depth,achieve the metallurgical effect of electromagnetic stirring.Calculation results show that the crystallizer with an inner cooling apparatus may reduce the liquid core depth and infrastructure fee of caster.
