以支撑反力法和三线摆扭振周期法为基础,设计适用于质量不超过1500kg,外形尺寸不超过2m的动力设备的质量惯性特性参数试验台。以拉力传感器读数作为对准质心和调整水平的标准,以光电传感器测量扭摆周期,对微摆角度和测取周期数进行了标定,测量实例表明,该试验台可将误差控制在8%以内,且结构简单,操作方便,成本较低,具有很强的推广性。
Based on fulcrum-contrary-force method and torsional-vibration-cycle method, a test bed for mass-inertia characteristic parameters which is adapted to the powertrain with quality less than 1 500 kg and shape' s dimension less than 2 m is designed. With tension sensor reading as the standards to align the center of mass and adjusting the level, and a photoelectric sensor to measure the twisted pendulum cycle, the micro-placed angle and the cycle measured are calibrated. The test results show that this test bed can control the margin of error within 8% with simple shape, easy operating and good applicability.
