为了满足结构移植的产品变异设计要求,研究了零件可变异模型与再生技术。将零件及零件基结构的功能、几何和语义等信息进行融合,定义了零件可变异模型结构。通过零件基结构的递归细分,获得零件变异基结构。提出了零件可变异模型各属性信息的继承、派生或映射方法,实现了零件可变异模型的再生,为产品变异设计提供了基础。最后,开发了原型系统,并进行了应用验证。
To meet the requirements of product variable design by structure transplantation, part variable model and its regeneration technology were studied. With the mergence of information such as function, geometry and semantics of part and its basic structures, part variable model structure was defined. Basic part variable structure was determined by recursive subdivision of the basic part structure. Heritage, derivation or mapping approaches of the attribute information of the part variable model were proposed and regeneration of part variable model was realized. These laid foundation for product variable design. Finally,a prototype was developed and testified in the application of part variable design of oil filter base.
