With the development of enterprise information, the integration and sharing of product information should be realized with CAPP system. Therefore, the method of CAPP based on product tree was put forward, the structure and function of CAPP system based on product tree were expounded. Furthermore, the method of how to build product tree management modular and process planning modular were both amplified with the developed CAPP system. In practical application, the system can satisfy the needs of process planning, and integrate with the other information system.
