对大型内压缩流程空分装置用低温液体膨胀机在不同工况下的整级流场进行了数值模拟计算,预测了不同工况下转子的轴向力水平,对影响轴向力的因素进行了参数化研究。数值结果显示,轴向力随着流量的增加而线性地缓慢增加;随着轴封密封齿与转子间的间隙增大,轴向力迅速减小并反向;轴向力计算的结果为改进和进行轴向力平衡结构的设计提供了相应的依据。同时,通过分析、对比计算轴向力的两种方法(数值模拟和经验公式法)所得的结果,指出了经验公式法计算轴向力的局限性和改进的方向。
Numerical investigation was performed for a single stage cryogenic liquid turbine in the large-scale internal compression air-separation unit and prediction of the impeller axial thrust was obtained at different conditions.To identify the influential factors of axial thrust,geometry parametric study was carried out numerically.The results indicate that the axial thrust increases as turbine flow rate increases linearly,the axial thrust is sensitive to the shaft seal gap size and it decreases evidently as the size increases.The obtained results provide a good basis to balance the axial thrust and obtain a moderate one.For the purpose of comparison,the empirical method was used to predict the axial thrust load.The obtained results were compared to the numerical ones and deviation of the empirical from the numerical method was analyzed and highlighted.
